Clients

We provide a wide range of support to enable your independence and quality of life and in the community. A home care package is tailored to meet your needs.

Carer Training

Our carers complete our induction course, which meets all of the Skills for Care – Care Certificate Standards. Each year they undertake mandatory update training and have regular supervisions with their line manager. They have access, including out of office hours, to our nurse managers and care managers if they have any queries or concerns. They have an out of office hours contact number if there is an emergency situation.

In line with the Care Quality Commission CQC in England, we encourage the on-going development of our staff by offering them the opportunity to study for the Diploma in Health and Social Care.

We provide

  • Care of the elderly
  • Dementia care
  • Adults with disabilities
